The marble countertop, ceramic sinks, and elegantly crafted doors and drawers all lend credence to the durability and superior craftsmanship that Water Creation is known for. With the understanding that no one space is alike, all of Water Creation's vanity designs come in multiple lengths to accommodate any room size. Material: All of Water Creation's Vanity is made from select hardwoods that have been kiln dried to ensure a stable product that will not expand, contract, or warp.Construction: Using joinery techniques that are made to hold together for a lifetime, all Vanity come fully assembled and include interior shelving and a large cut-out in the back for plumbing access.Countertop: All of Water Creation's Vanity comes with solid natural stone countertops that have been sealed at the factory to prevent staining and watermarks. Countertops are pre-drilled for a standard 8" widespread 3 hole lavatory faucet. The backsplash is included. It is optional to attach the backsplash onto the vanity top. Sinks: Two undermount rectangular-shaped ceramic sinks included.Finish: The multi-step finish process on the Vanity is not only rich with color and pleasing to the eye, but it is also very durable; acting as an outer shell to help protect your vanity from wear and damage that may occur in everyday use. Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card. Product will ship within five business days from the date of your order. (Usually in 24-48 hours) We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at: orders@sinksandvanities.com
Damaged and Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damage and send photos to returns@sinksandvanities.com and we will process a replacement claim on your behalf.
Do NOT sign Proof of Delivery until the freight has been fully inspected.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Returns:
Returns are subject to manufacturers return policy. To return merchandise, you must request an RMA - "Return Merchandise Authorization" from our return department at: returns@sinksandvanities.com with your order/invoice number and item/s you wish to return [within 30 days from the date of purchase].
Return Conditions:
- All products must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.
- No refunds will be issued for items damaged in return transit or items that are never received by Manufacturer.
- You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges, except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective.
